Silvio Orlando Fabbro<\/strong>, <strong>como DELEGADO EPISCOPAL, <\/strong>para atender a los asuntos referidos a la continuidad de la Obra, de acuerdo al esp\u00edritu impreso a la misma por su fundador, Pbro. N\u00e9stor Ren\u00e9 Vera, recientemente fallecido.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5901\" src=\"https:\/\/www.obispadorqta.org.ar\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Silvio.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"492\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre otros encargos, al P.
